This Friday!

This friday I am performing some of my new stuff with my ever so talented band, comprised of Mads Katholm and Michel Svane respectfully on bass and drums. We have rehearsed a one hour megamix, if you will, and we are now ready to explode in your face. So be there friday night and don’t forget that you get a chance to see Mike Sheridan and When Saints Go Machine too. Whut whut!

The whole thing is going down at Train in Ã…rhus, Denmark, this friday. Be there or be the thing that is not a traingle and not a circle.

  3. I was there, and I must say: What a night!

First of, it was kind of sad that there was so few people at Train, we wouldn’t be cramped if there was double the amount and it would only have raised the atmosphere.

Your set was very nice, and it was quite blown away by the fact that the music was much more Mockin’ Bird than SuperTroels (at least the music from I Know What You Know). I can’t wait for the new album to get out.

I also have to mention your drummer. It was so cool for once to see a drummer able to try out every variation and fill he possibly can.
I presume you haven’t had that much time to practice, since you throw around all the hand signals to tell him when you play what. It gave the act an extra touch, and gave us guests a chance to start jumping at the right moment, when the powerful beats came on, even though we haven’t heard the tracks before. You should think about keeping on throwing the signals in future shows, even if they are not needed after some more practise, they added something to the show that I haven’t tried before :)

Regarding the bass player, I can’t really comment that much on him, since it was hard to tell what he played, and what you played from the laptop.

To your next concert I will be sure to throw some hand signs back to you, and hopefully be able to sing along to some of the tracks when I have heard them on the upcoming album ;)

Thank you for a great night!
