End Scene

crash.jpg

Next month the giant supercollider Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland will be turned on and is ready to smash together protons at enormous speeds. This will – supposedly – give us insight into the origin of mass and particles in the universe. It’s an $8 billion project and has been underway for the last 14 years. Scientists around the world rejoice over what will probably be one of the single most revealing moments in science history.

Critics of the project have tried to shut it down, since there is a teeny weeny chance that the supercollider will create a black hole that will devour earth and most likely the universe too. Scientist and other clever folks argue over what will happen, but there is very little practical knowledge – if any at all – and many theories. Only thing one can do now is hope that the guys at CERN (who run the thing) are sure of what they are doing.

If doom is upon us in little over a months time, I wont be able to finish my new record, so here’s a sneak peak demo of one of my brand new tracks. Very appropriately it is called “End Scene” and it is all about dreaming of the end of the of the world. Hope you like it.

  4. Beautiful track!

It’s been a while since we heard a track from you, that wasn’t a remix.

Just a quick question; now that you’ve ditched your alias’s, and now goes by your real name, should we then
re-adress all the other tracks you’ve made to Troels Abrahamsen?

    Just curios.

  5. Wow, that is an interesting song. At first I got really sad and emotional when I heard it. Then I listened to again and the second time it almost made me want to get up and dance… not a happy dance though… a sense of liberation maybe?

    Diggin’ it, dude!

I know that you know”? Eller et helt tredje alias?

    MÃ¥ske er det uofficielt endnu..

    keep em coming, Jacob/Electronic Dream.

ps: husk at få snakket med bandet om You are a knife remixet er iorden, når i nu får tid efter jeres tour. det ville gøre mig glad.

  12. Although your new song is depressing, it made me a bit happier on this depressing evening. And actually a lot of your tracks, both in Veto and in your own projects have helped me a lot in the past months.. that’s what music is all about. To make people feel and think. It’s just like psychical therapy. I think I owe you my thanks…
